What is the best lesson you learned from your classes, an internship, an instructor, or a mentor?

To look for multiple mentors in the various areas of industry you are interested in.

What is the strongest skill you bring to an employer?

Prompt communication; both with words and visually. Also, managing client’s expectations.

What type of project or industry interests you?

Ceramics, Outdoors, Pets

What project in your portfolio are you most proud of?

My in-progress thesis project; a rain vessel with a tabletop.

What/who is one person, place, or experience that had a positive impact on you during your time at Western Michigan University or in the Kalamazoo community?

Working in facilities management – checking on constructions sites, rooftops, and tunnels.
