Applications are now being accepted for Leadership Kalamazoo, Southwest Michigan’s premier leadership development program designed to equip a diverse cohort of current and emerging community leaders with the skills needed to transform our region, both now and in the future. Through a proven combination of hands-on learning, interactive sessions, and community engagement, this in-depth 10-month curriculum meets one day a month to discuss everything from high performance teams to inclusive leadership to leading through adaptive change and more. A high emphasis is placed on community experiences and tours so participants may gain an even deeper knowledge and passion for the community they serve.
