Kadant Johnson Pledges $50,000 to Three Rivers Promise

Kadant Johnson LLC, a subsidiary of Kadant Inc., announced its pledge of $50,000 to the Three Rivers Promise scholarship program. In addition, the company will match all corporate and employee donations up to an additional $50,000.

“We are fortunate to have this opportunity to support the youth and families in our community with this program,” said Wes Martz, president of Kadant Johnson. “Investing in the Three Rivers Promise will help build resiliency into our community and offers the potential to change the life trajectory for generations of students to come. We are proud to be a supporter of this important initiative.”

The Three Rivers Promise aims to provide financial assistance for college or a vocational education to Three Rivers High School graduates. The Promise is funded by contributions from individuals and businesses interested in supporting the quality of life in Three Rivers by increasing the number of residents with post-secondary skills.
