Comstock Township, MI — Forman Glass, LLC, a residential and commercial glass glazing company, plans to relocate its current operations from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Comstock Township, where it will construct a new 25,200-square-foot facility that will include warehousing, fabrication and front office space.
The company has outgrown its current facility in Indiana, where it manufactures frames for both its Michigan and Indiana customers, and has chosen Southwest Michigan for the site of its new facility. The project is expected to generate 20 new jobs and a capital investment of nearly $2 million, resulting in a $100,000 Michigan Business Development Program performance-based grant. Comstock Township has also offered a property tax abatement in support of the project.
