Things are heading in the right direction for The Crossroads Mall in Portage! With help from new management directed by Marni Sawicki, we can expect positive changes with fun and exciting new projects in the works. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic and the rise of e-commerce, The Crossroads Mall is not only becoming a successful shopping center but also a center for the community to enjoy and use. Their doors open one hour before the stores to give the community a place to walk all year round. Spend the cold winter days with them!

Located in the heart of Michigan, the mall is convenient for residents who would otherwise have to drive long distances to access a similar shopping experience. Our community is fortunate to have a fully functional mall with a food court, an array of popular stores, and the ability to completely rebrand to create a successful shopping center.

A fellow store manager at The Crossroads stated, “In all of the years I have been at this mall, I have not felt as comfortable and confident in the direction the mall is going. I’m very pleased with the new management.”
