Women2Women is a welcoming community where women in business connect, support one another, and build meaningful relationships grounded in kindness, advocacy, and mentorship.

Join us on Tuesday, November 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a networking lunch featuring Mary Marchese of Absolute Home Care of MI and her presentation, “Working Together & Winning Together.”

Using basketball as a metaphor, Mary will take attendees through four quarters: Story, Support, Strategy, and Success. She’ll explore the importance of the stories we tell ourselves, the people in our corner, knowing when to adjust our game plan, and recognizing what success really looks like.

Through lessons on narrative shifts, building your bench, halftime adjustments, and player development, Mary will share her “keys to victory” and how these ideas can support both personal and professional growth. Whether you’re a basketball fan or not, these lessons extend well beyond the court.
