At Southwest Michigan First, we believe our community’s core—the ultimate catalyst for growth— is the ability to identify, engage, and empower the right people. For the past 25 years, Leadership Kalamazoo has been the community leadership development resource for the Kalamazoo Region, providing a unique opportunity for a diverse group of current and emerging community leaders to learn and work together. On Thursday, January 23, we were thrilled to welcome the 2020 cohort. This group of leaders has already uniquely impacted our community, and we look forward to all they will bring to our region as they grow in their leadership together.
