Lighthouse Promotes Three Team Members

Three team members have been promoted at Lighthouse, An Alera Group Company, a locally operated full-service insurance agency.

Griff Gatewood (commercial insurance) was promoted to vice president, Zach Haan (employee benefits) to associate VP, and Curtis Brink (commercial insurance) to senior account executive.

These advancements come as a result of success in volume of new business sales and sophisticated book composition. Each of these insurance professionals have worked to build a book of business that enriches Lighthouse’s footprint cross-departmentally and enhances the agency’s expertise in specific industries.

Gatewood, a Lighthouse team member since 2014, specializes in risk management strategies for manufacturing and construction clients, particularly group and single parent captive arrangements. Haan, with 12 years of employee benefits experience, works with large employees to strategize cost-effective employee benefit programs. Brink has a near 20-year commercial insurance tenure and works primarily with transportation companies.
