Position Summary
The Brokerage Assistant provides full administrative, brokerage, and marketing support to Jodi K. Milks, CCIM. This role is critical in managing listings, supporting transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of brokerage functions.

Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with web-based listing services for property listings.
- Handle listing procedures such as new listings, extensions, amendments, terminations, and closed deals.
- Conduct property research and data compilation for clients and prospects.
- Create marketing packages, including property data, aerials, and image editing.
- Prepare proposals, specialty marketing materials, corridor maps, and reports.
- Maintain and update databases for listings, transactions, and contacts.
- Assist with closing procedures, including tracking dates, documentation, and commission invoices.
- Manage sign installations, changes, and removals.
- Respond to property inquiries from brokers, clients, and prospects.
- Function as an executive assistant, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
- Create and distribute mailing lists.
- Assist with eBlasts and social media marketing.
- Provide backup support to other Brokerage Assistants as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties such as phone calls, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Send property comparables to appraisers.
- Recommend policies and procedures to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
Supervision
This position follows established work procedures, receiving periodic performance checks and referring unique questions to the General Manager.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of real estate experience.
- Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Earth, and DocuSign.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
